Hello Liberty Lake Family!

Welcome to another exciting school year at Liberty Lake Elementary! We are thrilled to partner with you as we begin a year centered around our theme: Be the ONE.

At Liberty Lake Elementary, we believe that every person has the power to make a difference. Throughout the year, we will encourage our students and staff to Be the ONE who shows kindness, includes others, demonstrates courage, offers help, takes responsibility, and makes a positive impact in our school community. Small actions can have a lasting effect, and together we can create a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their best.

Liberty Lake Elementary has grown alongside our wonderful community since opening its doors in 1998. Our mission remains steadfast: to equip future citizens with strong academic skills, outstanding character, and a deep sense of community. We are fortunate to have an incredible staff, a supportive district, a dedicated PTSA, and amazing families who work together to help every child succeed. We set high expectations and provide meaningful support so that all students can thrive.

Collaboration is Key

To ensure we continue providing the best educational experience possible, Thursday mornings are dedicated to staff collaboration and professional learning. Students arrive one hour later, allowing our teams to work together, analyze student learning, share best practices, and strengthen instruction. This time is invaluable as we strive to meet the needs of every learner.

Focusing on the Whole Child

While academic growth is a priority, we are equally committed to supporting students' social-emotional development and character growth. Each month, we will focus on a different character trait and provide opportunities for students to practice leadership, empathy, perseverance, and service to others. Through our Be the ONE theme, we hope to inspire students to recognize the difference they can make in the lives of those around them.
